What to send
If you want a substantive first response rather than a diary invitation, include:
- Roughly how many sites and how many meters
- Which utilities — electricity, water, cooling, or all three
- Two or three months of invoices from a couple of representative sites
- Who currently checks them, if anyone
We will come back with what we can see from that, and an honest view on whether there is more worth doing.
One request. Please do not send anything commercially sensitive beyond utility invoices in a first email. If a proper data-sharing arrangement is needed, we will set one up in writing before anything sensitive moves.
