Influx Pulse is a UAE utility cost-assurance platform. It exists because the discipline behind it — validating invoices, reconciling multi-site portfolios, challenging what looks wrong — is routine in a mature energy market and almost absent in this one.
Where it comes from
Influx Energy is a UK energy cost-assurance consultancy. The business is twenty years old. Our founder, Christopher Hewitt, has spent twenty-five years in energy markets — procurement, invoice validation and multi-site portfolio management for commercial clients.
The UK developed this discipline because it had to: a liberalised market, decades of billing disputes, and enough scale for specialist validation firms to exist. The UAE has not been through that. The bills are just as complicated. The habit of checking them is not yet there.
Influx Pulse is that habit, built as a platform, for this market.
How we work
We separate confirmed from assumed
Regulatory text, tariff structures and contract terms are confirmed. Error rates, refund behaviour and recovery odds are assumed. We label which is which, every time, including when the assumed version would sell better.
We qualify hard
We would rather tell you in the first conversation that you are not a fit than take an engagement that will not produce anything. See the criteria, which are deliberately specific.
We don't sell a market that doesn't exist
Electricity supply here is a regulated monopoly. We do not offer supplier negotiation, because there is nothing to negotiate against. If that changes, we will say so.
Your data stays yours
Azure-hosted, access-controlled, fully exportable. You are not locked into a platform you cannot get your own numbers out of.
The entity
Influx Pulse is delivered in the UAE through ADI UNION DMCC, a Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone company. Influx Energy is the UK parent and the source of the methodology.
We are early, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Influx Pulse is a new platform entering a market where this service is not yet established. We are actively working with early clients to establish what is genuinely recoverable here and how common billing errors actually are. If you want a vendor with a decade of UAE case studies, that vendor does not currently exist — and anyone claiming to be one is worth questioning closely.
